We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either exchange/return it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Zestee Vegan Lifestyle (referred to “Our”, “We” and “Us”). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

 

Eligibility for Refunds, Returns & Exchange

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Time is of essence; timeframe will be applicable to all refunds and exchanges.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Items dispatched beyond the borders of India are ineligible for return or exchange.

     

    Terms of Exchange

    • You can apply for an exchange for your order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. All returns are applicable exclusively for items purchased within India only.
    • Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
    • If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue or otherwise, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can connect with us at :-

    • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
    • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept exchanges on several product categories. we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
    • Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 5 - 7 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
    • Your exchange product will be shipped after the returned product has been picked from your end. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5 - 7 business days in metros, and 7 - 10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)
    • If you purchase our products or avail services through third party platforms or business partners, you will be governed by their policies and we will not be responsible for the same.

     

    Terms of Return

    • Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s). 
    • All returns  are applicable exclusively for items purchased within India only.
    • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by us. If you have received a defective product, send us images at connect@zesteeveganlifestyle.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by us the refund will be provided either into your bank account or the mode of payment used by you during purchase as per your convenience.
    • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue or otherwise, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us at:-

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
    • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
    • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
    • If you purchase our products or avail services through third party platforms or business partners, you will be governed by their policies and we will not be responsible for the same.
    • Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 5 - 7 business days. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 72-108 hours. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.

     

    Defective products

    We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. 

    What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. 

    The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return: 

    • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
    • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
    • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
    • damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
    • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

    If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

    If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse us for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit card, credit card company or check your original mode of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Shipping
    • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. 
    • We request that you do not use the professional couriers for self-return as they are not reliable. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
